"toi et moi" play «Nouvelle Chanson», as they sing in French and combine modern and traditional songwriting elements. On their new album "n'allume pas la feu" they play sometimes puristically and elegantly as a duo, sometimes as a quartet with double bass and drums as a dance band, or classically and sensually with a string ensemble. The two Cologne natives use their musical diversity and class and change line-up and style as best suits the respective song.
